Add a title, condition photos, and a quick verification video — we call it a "Proof of Life" video.
It's how the person you eventually swap with can trust the disc is real and in the condition you say, before they agree to anything.
Browse what other members are offering, or get matched automatically when someone has what you want and wants what you have.
Either way, you propose the swap — nothing happens without both people agreeing first.
Before you agree, see the other item's verification video and photos side by side with yours.
You know exactly what you're getting before you commit to anything — no surprises after the fact.
Once accepted, each party confirms the swap with a single payment: the service fee and the shipping of the parcel they receive, VAT included. You have 24 hours after accepting to complete this step. Exact numbers below.
You see the total before you pay, and nobody ships anything until both of you have paid.
We generate shipping labels for both of you at the same time, and you track both packages in one place.
Neither side ships first and risks being left waiting — you both drop off around the same time.
When your item arrives, check it against what was promised, then confirm.
If something's actually wrong, you report a problem instead and our team reviews it.
This is a summary of our Terms; if there is any difference, the Terms prevail. The time limits for your swap are the ones shown to you in the app when you accept it.
We refund everything, for example, if the other party doesn't confirm or doesn't ship, if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, or if a problem you reported is accepted. If it can't be established who is right and we undo the swap, we refund the service fee to both of you. If you're the one in breach (for example, you don't hand over your parcel), we keep the service fee and the price of the label you paid for, if it was already issued; no penalty is ever added. The exact cases are in the Terms (§5).
A readable disc counts as good condition. Cosmetic wear on the case isn't valid grounds for a dispute, unless "mint" condition was explicitly guaranteed.
